Dr Kearsey has over sixteen years’ experience in drug development in the biotech sector in several life sciences companies ExonHit (France), Diatos (France), and Beta cell NV (Belgium). He is a co-founder & Director at Leads To Development (www.leadstodevelopment.com), a Paris based company providing expertise in the development of therapeutic molecules. Leads To Development provides strategic, regulatory and preclinical development support, as well as project management and quality assurance expertise with a an extensive client list. Jonathan has held Research Director positions in four international biotech companies and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Oxford University. He is highly experienced in all aspects of research and preclinical development across a wide range of indications, having taken therapeutic compounds (including a number of peptide products) from the bench to phase II clinical studies. He has significant regulatory experience having frequent interactions with national and European competent regulatory authorities. Jonathan graduated from the University of Leeds and did his PhD at the University of London.
